I was skeptical trying this hat cleaner, so I ran 2 hats that had lost form and I didn't care much about them anymore. I cleaned the hats first use Crep Foam X then ran them through this cleaner. This product won't take out grease or stains, that needs to be done by hand. Now I can't stop washing my hats.

This item does what it says it would. Steam clean’s sweat and bacteria out of my hat’s I can go outside and sweat in my hat all day and immediately throw it in this devise for a 30 minute cycle and it’s good to go. Tips for anyone thinking of buying it: - Don’t leave your hat in once it is finished. It will create unwanted dampness - Condensation will leak out slightly so place it on a towel for heavy use. - This isn’t meant for deep cleaning stains although scrubbing dirt or debris off hat prior to use is effective. Overall, I love it. Wife does too since my hats and hair stay clean.

Horrible, maybe lasted a couple of weeks and then it stopped producing steam. Tried to reach out to Innopaw, called, emailed and responded to automated text with no response back from them. Glad I bought an additional coverage plan. DO NOT BUY!!!

The instructions could explain use a little better. If you are looking for a machine to sanitize your hats and caps this works great. I did not try it with a wig. It will steam and sanitize and dry the hat just fine but if you are looking to wash or clean the hat this machine does not do that. It also does a good job of taking out the wrinkles especially in fitted hats. When I bought this unit the price was $119. I got a defective one that eventually stopped working a few months later. It had some issues that I assumed was just from being a newly developed item but the issues got worse then stopped working altogether. There is no contact information on the manual and when you click "For warranty information about this product, please click here" on here, it tells you to go to the manufacturer's website but I couldn't find a website. I ended up messaging the seller and they helped me. They ended up getting me get a replacement one. Thank you! I like the steamer a lot. It reshapes hats nicely. Don't put leather strapbacks in it or it will dry the leather out. White hats sometimes come out with yellow stains but I get the same issue when cleaning white hats by hand sometimes too. It cleans but it's not a miracle device - it's steam - there's no soap and no scrubbing. The water gets dirty and you can smell the dirt so it is definitely cleaning the hats but visibly dirty hats will need a hand cleaning before using the steamer.

I have used this for a while without any issues until a few days ago. Unit just beeped and lights went round and round. Contacted the seller and had be up and going quickly. If this happens to your, the unit need descaling. If you hear the buzzer beeping continuously in 2 minutes, it means that the machine needs descaling. 1.Fill water and few drops of fresh lemon juice into the water tank. 2.Turn on the appliances, start descaling by touching "▶" Start button for 2 seconds. 3. After descaling, fill the water tank with purified water and steam for 10 minutes before use. Note: During descaling, after the machine starts, the machine buzzer keeps sounding an alarm, and the alarm will disappear after 2 minutes.5 minutes later it starts to emit steam for descaling.10 minutes later, the machine's buzzer beeping 10 times continuously.The descaling process is finished. 1. For normal use of the product, pure water or water filtered by a water purifier must be used, otherwise it will cause the main parts of the machine to accumulate, block, and not steam, which will affect your normal use. 2. This product is a steam product and requires periodic descaling to prolong the service life of the product. 3. Please do not operate any button during the descaling process.And make sure the descaling is more than 10 minutes.

This is a great cap cleaner.

It doesnt work properly. Hats are still dirty

Mi esposo la quería para planchar sus gorras y funciona muy bien. No es para lavar, hay que lavarlas antes pero luego las metes acá y se planchan vuelven a su tamaño esta muy bien.

Muy recomendado

No limpia las gorras, las manchas permanecen, si quitas algo de olor, pero la visera se deforma después del secado

facil de usar y resultados muy satisfactorios, no limpia a fondo pero plancha espectacular

Es de buena calidad, teja moldeada bien el casco de la cachucha, pero si tú cachucha está con manchas al interior y exterior no las va a quitar recomiendo lavarla antes y después meterla a la máquina y te dejará muy bonita tu cachucha.
