The easy to use water-proof connectors are perfect for automotive, marine, and at home uses (Car, boat, stereo, power cables, etc.) This product comes with: 1) Red connector: Suits cable/ wire sizes 0.5-1.5mm2; 18-22 AWG (40PCS) 2) Blue connector: Suits cable/ wire sizes 1.5-2.5mm2; 16-14 AWG (40PCS) 3) Yellow connector: Suits cable/ wire sizes 4.0-6.0mm2; 12-10 AWG (20PCS) HOW TO USE:•Strip both ends of each wire•Insert one wire into one side of the open heat shrink butt connector and with a crimping tool, crimp the wire and butt connector•Take the other wire and stick the wire into the other open end of the heat shrink butt connector, then proceed to crimp that side as well•Lastly, take a hot air gun or a hot hair dryer, stand back a foot or so from the wire, and slowly rotate the wire and connection to provide an even shrink
