Just delivered: box open and squashed, plastic bag where wax strips should be is empty. Pretty gross considering this is a personal hygiene product.

My first time using this product. Very impressed and very good product. Very easy to use. Love the options to be able to cut them how I need them. There's enough wax on the strips to even get the little parts if you don't have a tweezer. No mess at all either. My brows are thick and sparse and this took them in one clean shot. With no residue. The picture with red hair is before and the dark hair is right is after.
