Perfect for grinding coffee in batches.
I have had this grinder for well over a year now and it has performed exactly as I would have hoped. I use it exclusively for grinding coffee, which I grind as 500g batches, every ten days or so. I put the same amount of beans in with each grind (50g) and it takes about 12 seconds to get it to the grind size I need. It is very consistent and I'm always happy with the coffee I get from it. It takes very little time to fill my coffee tin up with freshly ground beans and it shows no signs of undue wear and tear, from 15 months of use, as described above. It is a grinder so you must expect some noise during use, but just use it at a time when it is unlikely to bother anyone. Overall I would definitely recommend this grinder to anyone who loves fresh coffee as I do.

Perfect little grinder
I was skeptical as to whether it would grind flax seeds as most similar products do not mention this, but finding it doing the job perfect, so happy with my purchase.

For quick and easy sauces
I follow a few chefs online and they use this or similar brand of grinder. This is great for making a super quick sauce, marinade or dressing. It requires minimal set up (we keep it on our kitchen side) and washing up is also minimal. This would be 5/5 stars, however ours has a small hole in the plastic lid (not sure if this is a defect or has a purpose), but some of the food when being grinded does come out. Not a deal breaker for us, but worth noting.

DR MILLS DM-7452 Electric Dried Spice and Coffee Grinder
It does what it is intended for. Grinding seeds, pumpkin, sunflower, pine nuts etc. Im happy with the product. It only does a small amount each time so you need to be patient while machine cools after using for 30 seconds

Beware! Motor Burnt Up 2nd Grind.
I bought this grinder to replace my Bodum of over 7 years. I thought the removable basket was clever and wanted to try something different. The build quality and overall aesthetics seemed ok for this price. The design also was smart with the removable top basket and push down cover to operate. I plugged it in when I first got it to check it worked. I immediately noticed it didn't have the power that my old Bodum did, but it seemed adequate. The next morning I needed a grind. I did the 1st round and it took quite a while with short pulses to grind it down. I then went for the 2nd round with short pulses and at about 15 sec in it stopped working and started smoking. This was the end of the grinder unfortunately. After some review it appears a coffee bean managed to lodge itself under one of the blades. Due to the machines lower power output it was unable to dislodge it and inevitably burned up the motor. It's not like you can see this and stop it, it all happened very quickly and under a pile of dark coffee beans. Looks like it's back to Bodum for me. It's not a perfect grinder, but from a power and longevity perspective it performs well.

Decent
I’ve used this regularly for almost three years now, and it still works like it did on the first day. Compact, and grinds smooth and quickly. I think it’s decent appliance.
