Will this work on Nylon or Spandex?

It didn't work very well on a cotton t-shirt so I'm not sure about any other material.

Will this work for a six month old shirt

I think this item will be too big for a 6month old t-shirt! My honest opinion...

It is a patch. You don't need a cutting machine to cut anything extra. You just have to iron it on.
