Effective pain relief
Excellent patches. They are self adhesive and go onto the affected area (on the outside of an item of clothing. They last all day giving a gentle warmth.

Cura-Heat Patches
Have used these patches many times. They work really well and give hours of pain relief on my back. They do last a little longer than time says and these were a great price for a pack of 7.

Sorry not for me.
Sorry, the adhesive didn't work for me. Fell off while I was walking around home. Good job it was there and not at my appointment. Shame because the warmth was lovely. Yes I did follow the instructions.

Easy to use, stay warm all night. Stick pretty well to skin for the size
These direct to skin ones work well, but don’t get quite as hot as the “over” clothing ones do. They seem to stick quite well, just had one from the pack come off during the night. Warmth lasts the whole night too. Would recommend, and will be buying again (next few days infact!)

Needed for back pain
No stars given as non of the 7 patches heated up.Also keep dropping of,& hardly stick to skin.Absolute rubbish for the price paid.

They are OK. Don't find they keep too warm. Don't know whether I would repurchase. UPDATE July Used these a few times now, they don't get warm, don't stick properly. They are also uncomfortable as go hard. I certainly would not recommend them & definitely will not purchase again, waste of money. I wish I had returned them for a refund.
