Used this extensively and still going strong, cuts smoothly and quickly without getting too hot.

I bought this disc to cut through thick steel and some concrete, and honestly, it’s a big step up from traditional cutting discs. The first thing I noticed is that it doesn’t have that nasty burning smell or shower of sparks you usually get with regular discs. That alone makes it much nicer to use, especially for longer cuts. It might be a bit slower on thick steel, but it takes its time in a good way, you get much better control and a smoother cut. It also doesn’t wear down like traditional discs. Yes, it’s more expensive upfront, but I think it balances out over time since it lasts much longer. The biggest advantage for me is safety. There’s a lot less risk of the disc shattering, which gives some peace of mind when using it. Overall, I’d definitely choose this over traditional discs, especially for tougher jobs.

disco veramente 💪 spaventoso, ben fatto ed equilibrato. taglia veramente in maniera decisa e senza saltellamenti, ho tagliato metallo ferroso da 1cm come se fosse burro. la marca DE WALT non si smentisce mai.
