Great toy for the money. This is much bigger then it looks. The ladder stands about 3' tall. The sounds it makes is a "C" at best.

My son said he wanted a large fire truck....

My son's eyes were wide as saucers when he saw us pull this out of the shipping box. It looks really cool and the ladder operation is great. My only knock against it is how thin the plastic feels but for the price we got it for that was expected. It's a nice buy and totally recommended.
