This dual charger is so much faster than the single one that came with my Worx tools! It charges both the OEM Worx batteries and the off-brand ones well. It has functioned flawlessly so far.

I got this for price and value that it can charge two Worx batteries in 20v ratings and this is helpful if your using a WX550 weed wacker and considering I will purchase another two so that when two other run out-I have batteries backup to use. So with dual charger helps keeping battery charged up for use. The charge indicators are something one needs to get used to as "Red" is charging and "Green" is done charging. But if you follow this correctly it should do it's job. I'll see long term now this holds up and keeps the Worx batteries charged. Update: One half has failed and now I am asking them under warranty to replace the dual charger as I don't know when the other half will fail since one side has failed now.

Awesome battery charger.

I own the Worx WA3881 and WA3884 chargers, and I bought this charger so that I can fast charge two batteries - one on the WA3884 and one on this charger. The WA3884 will supply 4A to a single battery, and this charger should supply 3A to a single battery. When 2 batteries are paced on the chargers the power supplied to each battery cuts in half. When this charger arrived, I almost sent it back because I thought it was defective. For some strange reason, they designed this charger so that a solid red light shows when the battery is charging. On the Worx chargers there is a blinking green light when the batteries are charging, and a solid red light means that the battery is defective. The label on the front of this charger and the manual that comes with it do indicate that a solid red light means the battery is charging, but it's labeled as a Worx charger. So, they should have designed this charger to match the Worx light convention. To make things even more confusing, the Amazon product page has incorrect and contradictory information about what the lights mean. In one of the pictures at the top, it says that red light solid means "battery defective" and red light flashing means "charging". That's backwards. Then in the product description section it states the Worx convention for the lights, which isn't correct for this charger either.

Works as expected. Good price for the product and shipped quickly.

It used to take 2 days to trim my little yard because of the OEM charger and batteries. I ended up with 3 after market 7.0ah batteries and this gem charges 2 in less than an hour. I haven't tried the USB ports. I was gonna buy my mother-in-law one, but sadly this thing works too good good to keep it on the market.

My original and off brand 20volt battery didn’t last long so I took a chance and purchased the batteries and charger. So far so good. I’ve used them at 4 times and the battery life is a game changer. Definitely worth it..
