After breaking my headphone jack and having my phone stuck ...
After breaking my headphone jack and having my phone stuck in headphone mode I needed a quick replacement part. I ordered this because it was the only item available for next day/same day delivery on a Sunday. The part has only been in my iPhone 6 for about an hour, but everything seems to be functioning well. Five stars from me... At least for now. I will have to wait and see how it holds up over time.IMPORTANT NOTE: Insulation for the antenna connector is NOT included with most iPhone 6 lighting connector/headphone jack replacement assemblies. I was able to use the foam insulator from my broken assembly by carefully removing it. The insulator itself is an extremely small, circular shaped piece of black foam insulation that is placed on the back of the antenna connector with adhesive. If you do not put the insulation on top of the antenna connector after you connect it, it is extremely likely that your phone will not find a signal or have severely reduced reception. A lot of people think the antenna is broken on most assemblies after installation because of this, so make sure to use your original insulation or some type of replacement insulation.

My iPhone charge port was finicky and unless the cable ...
My iPhone charge port was finicky and unless the cable was positioned perfectly, the phone wouldn't charge. I decided I'd had enough so I searched on youtube for a diy on the replacement. It turns out there are videos to basically rebuild/replace any part of the iphone. After watching the video, I bought this charging port and gave it a shot. The shipping was quick (prime) and the item was as advertised. I also purchased the iPhone Tool Kit, Fosmon 13 Pieces Tool Repair Kit on Amazon which made the charging port replacement possible. iPhone Tool Kit, Fosmon 13 Pieces Tool Repair Kit [ 5-Point Pentalobe Screwdriver ] Opening Screen Tools for Apple iPhone 7 / 7 Plus / SE / 6S Plus / 6S / 6 Plus / 6 / 5S / 5c / 5 / 4You have to be very careful when replacing these parts since they are very delicate. I'm no professional. I've only changed the charging port and screen once.

Shoddy part, bad reception, do not recommend.
packaging: Simple plastic bag. I would rather have it in an ESD bag because electronicsProduct: Looks identical to the original, however the back says "JBC" instead of the apple logo, so its not OEM but a 3rd party. Antennae is a tiny bit longer than the original, however it seems to be acceptableInstallation: Product didnt install well, the holes don't quite line up and keep in mind you will need to give it a good fitment as there needs to be a bend in the flexible circuitry to install correctly.Performance: at first, it seemed okay. Charge port worked, headphone worked and reception worked, however, after a couple days of use, its noticeable that you lose cell connectivity and 4g with verizon. Probably defective. Conclusion: Not a good part. If its defective, needs better QC. If its a bad design, yeah, don't sell this junk. Buyers should look elsewhere.

Works, But mine didn't fit quite right
This seems OK...for now. As if attaching the antenna isn't hard enough.. with this I had snake the antenna a bit because the antenna was about 1cm too long and for some reason has 2 ground sections on it. It works perfectly for now but I have to be skeptical of the quality. Here's a pic that illustrates what I mean.

Works great but save your retaining clips from your old part
My wife's iPhone started loosing its ability to charge to the point where you could hear the charging notification come on and off in the middle of the night without even touching the phone. I researched the replacement steps on iFixit and bought this part. It took me about 30 minutes to replace and everything seems to work ok -- lightning port, headphone jack, and microphone. The only thing that kept this from a 5 star review was the fact that it was missing both the microphone and antenna retainer clips. These were easy to recycle from the old non-working part, but it's something to keep an eye out for. I have included pictures of the parts you need to save.

Cheap part to save lots of money!
This worked great to get my hubby's iphone 6 charging again. The old port died a long death, this fixed it right away... Having said that, this repair is NOT for the faint of heart. I am an IT professional by trade and fix iPhone's at work to save money on IT expenses, so I already had all the tools and understanding of how the iPhone comes apart. iFixit and other step by step repair sites are a MUST, don't attempt this without reading the how to fully (including looking at ALL of the pictures..) This part has been in his phone for a few days and all seems fine. Be slow and patient when replacing the part and this will work just fine. I will update if we experience any failures.

Couldn't be happier this saved my butt
My iPhone 6 battery went down to 40% so I went to charge and nothing.. I tried all of the tricks from the Internet with no luck. I ordered this thing, and used the tools from my sons screen replacement kit. It was a little challenging for me to fish the mini screws back in but installation wasn't bad under the guidance of a generous you tube poster. Plugged the phone in afterwards and it now works perfectly. I only want this phone to trade in for the iPhone 7 I ordered once it comes in, and was freaking out. Couldn't be happier and overnight shipping was awesome.
