No, there is no fluoride in our Lost Stackable Trio, and the complete list of ingredients are as follows: Get Lean: Green tea, organic green mate, chickweed, organic orange peel, natural orange and vanilla flavors, dandelion, organic lemongrass and parsley Get Burning: Organic green rooibos, ginger, cinnamon, holy basil, black pepper, cloves, chili pepper, cordyceps extract, stevia leaves and natural seabuckthorn flavor Get Lost: Organic rooibos, orange peel, carob, cinnamon, gymnema leaves, banaba leaf extract and natural orange and cinnamon flavors. how do you open these? I've tried several different approaches.

I put them at the edge of my counter and push downward - then I got the old fashion bottle opener to lift the lid edge up on the flavor I wanted to open after they separated :-) if you don't have one of those get a spoon and put it under the metal edge and push up and they will open. Make sure the tape is all removed to keep them glued together. I used goo be gone. Hope this helps.
