Maybe silly but I shopped for a few weeks for wide mouth jar lids. I wanted lids that did not rust and I preferred no plastic. These are awesome - get them. I wanted stainless steel lids that did not have to have a silicone gasket (just an extra thing to clean). The lids do come with high quality silicone seals (great for storing liquid to allow for no leaks) but I can remove them for dry goods and the lids still screw on nice and tight. So they’re versatile. They have the classic look of canning lids but are more simple to use and store. Packaging was great too - no plastic. I really am so happy with them! Definitely worth it!

Wonderful product. We do not can anything we just use the jars for storage. The lid fits very well. Easy to put on and remove. I do like not having to remove the ring then pop open the lid. They are a little bit expensive but I’m guessing that they will last longer than the original lids and being stainless steel I do not have to worry about rust

The silicone liner goes in between the lid and the jar, which works well to keep the liquids inside from contacting the metal. They are stainless steel which is of a better quality and less toxic than the lids/bands the jars come with. I will likely purchase more of these, I like how easy they are to clean and I didn't have any problems with leakage.

First, these are not for canning. I wasn't looking for canning lids. I am trying to avoid plastics and all the forever chemicals. So I am using glass jars because that is the safest to use right now. Getting these lids is a godsend. They seal well (no leaking), easy to remove and dishwasher safe. It just makes using the glass jars so much easier! Quality stainless and silicone gaskets. I also freeze in them. Honestly, if you're looking into a working lid for glass jar storage - these are it! They come in regular size and wide mouth. Made in the USA. Free from all the chemicals you're trying to avoid - or at least the ones we know about. Woman owned business. Checks all the boxes for me!

Love the lids, but NOT for use with hot contents. These are great for dry storage. The issue is that if you put hot contents into your jar and close, the vacuum will suck the silicone sealer disk into the contents. The beauty of these lids is that they don't rust.

I will never use the lids that come with mason jars ever again! These are amazing! Easy to clean and heavy duty! I love that the silicone bottom detaches for easy cleaning and a tight seal!
