How do I get the backing off the stickers？

Hi, the stickers have an easily removable plastic backing which reveals an adhesive underneath. I just attached a video. Hope this helps :)

Can these stickers be written over?

Yes if you put on a water bottle you can wash.

Will these stick to fabric?

Not without adding glue. If you don't add glue they come right back off.

Are these water proof

Not sure if this answers your question...I wet mounted this along the top (crown molding area) of my bathroom as a decorative border. After several months they have not moved, curled or pealed. I can assume that they are somewhat water resistant depending upon their use.
