I get pain on the right side where the tendon is on my neck and these help to relax the muscle or tendon. The heat up quick and last about 6-8 hours. They're a little expensive but so worth it. I keep one in my purse in case it flares up at work or while I'm out. They're easy to use and travel great and have no scent. The same as hot hands.

What I love about this product is that you can use it in different areas - neck, back, ankle. I like the heat because it calms the nerves for a while

Great product great price heat activated as soon as you open it the tabs are not that sticky you have to use additional adhesive tape it's because skin has oil, sweat, but the product is good . Give it a try I use the neck wraps it helps with stiffness and pain in fact I got my husband hooked he loves them . Great product!

I bought the Thermacare Heat Wraps for neck pain, muscle stiffness, and joint discomfort, and they work really well. I use these heat patches on my neck, and the gentle heat lasts up to 12 hours. The wrap stays warm (not too hot), and it provides steady, soothing heat therapy that helps relax tight muscles. My only issue is that the heat wrap doesn’t always stay in place. The adhesive strips on the ends could be stronger. That’s why I removed one star. It would be great if Thermacare added a middle adhesive tab or made the tabs larger to improve the fit. Overall, this is an effective heat wrap for neck and shoulder pain, and I will continue to buy it.

These heating pads are great to wear and relieve back pain.

An excellent product for daily relief from neck and shoulder pain. I do wish the tabs that adhere to the skin were larger as it’s difficult to get the wrap placed properly when reaching lower behind the neck. If you miss the first try the adhesive is gone making a second attempt useless if you’re alone, like me. Also use the back wraps. They are excellent in every way allowing me to carry on at work (or play) while benefitting From the heat they offer.

Update: I've now started purchasing the 11-pack box; it is by far the best deal on a per-unit basis. Still very happy with the quality and performance. Also, the expiration is more than two years out, so plenty of time to use them. Original Review: I've purchased these a couple of times, and they are the same as what you get in a store, but they come in a shrink-wrapped/bulk package. The expiration date on these is several years out, so no worries about them not working in the near future. Even though these are for neck and shoulder, I use them for lower back pain. They are much smaller than the back heating pads from ThermaCare, and for the pain I have, they work great. I often put them on when I go to bed at night, and they are still warm in the morning. The smaller size, compared to the back ones, makes them less bulky and easier to wear for longer periods. Highly recommend these; have not found any other one-time-use alternatives that work as well.

While these wraps do help with sore muscles, they do not get the hottest and do not last as long as I'd like. However, they are better than most and stick pretty well. I've used them many times, but nothing on the market is that perfect, so I do continue to buy if needed.

Started using these in Europe- so good for lower back aches after skiing- bought them as a gift for someone w neck pain, they loved them. Pack is well worth the money, will last you well. Stay heated well after the 8hours- their neck felt so much better the next few days. It’s no remedy for serious issue but it sure provides relief and they were happy for days after. Great brand good stick. Warm up really quickly after application All the different areas are worth purchasing too. Plus you don’t end up w smells from heat rub etc on you or your clothes
