I like these vitamins . I think the gummies may be more deficient with absorption. For an average vitamin off the shelf I like these vitamins gummies . I just bought another bottle for this year . These vitamins are the best!! I've tried several other name brands and either got no results after long term use or I couldn't take because they made me nauseous! These do NOT make me nauseated and I've only been taking them a couple weeks and I'm already seeing their effectiveness, such as hair is healthier and not falling out as much, nails are not as brittle, and just general overall feeling healthier.
