Very good quality fabric, very comfortable. Based on reviews i went for XL (I'm 6ft weighing 235lbs) and it fits very tight which is what i was going for. So most of my weight is me belly area and chest so the fitment XL is perfect in my opinion. The only issue i have with it is the top part fits a bit loosened but i can live with that. I added my weight and height hoping that piece of info can help someone else with choosing their size.

Purchased for my husband. And he cannot get over how well it fits, and how comfortable it is. He finds it easy to wear during during his workouts and says it encourages sweating, making him feel like he got a premium workout. He was in between sizes when I ordered, so we opted for the larger size. I would say this is a must. You def dont want to be uncomfortable during your workout.

I like it. A little big. Last time that I got a weight loss shirt. It was a medium. And too small. I wanted my size. But I still like it.

I was hesitant in ordering the vest but was extremely pleased with the quality and fit of the vest. It not only keeps me tucked in the right areas, but it also supports my back. Please note, that my shirts are normally a size L but I ordered an XL. The XL fit me perfectly. My entire upper body sweats with this vest. I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to lift weights as well with the vest or do cardio (tread mill run) as well. No worries, I think I'm doing better in both cases. I just finished washing it. If there are problems when I use it again, I'll edit this review. Otherwise, my review will stand as is. Oh, one negative comment. The zipper on mine doesn't work well for a right hander. I have to start it with my left hand, and then, use my right hand to zip it all the way. It's a little awkward but no biggie.

I had a different version of this before and thought I’d try this one. I ordered Cimkiz before and it’s worked great. This item is also turning out be a good buy.
