I recommend this lock because its easy to install and I feel 1000 times safer than with original top lock! And, the reason being this lock has a longer slide. And that slide goes deeper into that slide holder. See picture to understand me better. Lol. I'm a girl. Lol. But I will tell you, I had absolutely no trouble installing this lock! The key is deeper! And, you can take that key to any place selling keys and duplicate it to fit your bottom lock so you only use one key! Brilliant!!

Pretty decent quality. For the price it’s a good deal. I bought it used and it was missing the install screws for the plate and the latch plate. But I had others left over.

Very easy to install. Be careful to watch your phone screen. The hook up to your router is fast. I missed it and tried to reinstall and it wouldn't take it. Also, if you had a previous TP account u will still be registered to using this Kasa Cam. That means u do not have follow the directions to Create a new account . U still have to set up the Kasa app then use old user and pass u have for TP_Link.

I purchased a new door and used these locks on the door. Was easy to put on the door, easy to lock, and I like the black color.

It works? The keys are a bit bulky though with the larger square key head. It works fine but I just wish that was more of a normal house key size, but that’s not enough to lower the rating though.

The lot barely covered two wrench hole. And then upon getting the lock in, the deadbolt was very loose and wiggled up and down. It was not a solid state lock. I feel anybody could have forced injury with this lock. It tried to place it on iron. and just the quality was not there.
