I use this chocolate to make a cream on a certain dessert and it’s delicious.

Out of temper
Somewhere along the line, the bag of chocolate heated to over 90+ degrees. Luckily, I retempered it and it is fine. Not acceptable to receive a product in this condition for the price one pays.

Item arrived is an a solid block
I paid a lot of money for this chocolate only to have it arrive in a solid block. The bag had obviously been heated up such that the chocolate melted at some point.

This chocolate is impressive and unexpected. Delicious on it’s own or used to add flavour and pop to bars and bon bons. Lovely caramel/butterscotch flavour. Also try their Ruby. Another show stopper with its citrus notes
