Is this made in China?

The tag in the shirt says “Made in Honduras”.

Im 6'3 what size to buy after washing

2x if you're at least 220 lb if 200 or under an extra large should fit but me I personally would go with a 2X because I like my shirt a little loose and not clinging to my body
