How do I change the button commands on the mouse?

An a Mac under System Preferences/mouse, you can change the tracking, scrolling and clicking speed and the primary function for the left right buttons but you can assign function the the forward and back buttons.

Does this fit all laptops ?

No, because you must have a usb port available for the receiver. Thus, if you have an olderr laptop without a usb port, it will not work.

Best device driver for this mouse on Windows 10? Also, where can I get a manual for it since a manual did not come in the box that contained the mouse

It may be time to change the battery or you may need to rest the settings on your computer or laptop to be compatible to you mouse. After changing the battery, check out the mouse and see if it's running any better. If that doesn't work, then safely remove the receiver from the USB port and try a different port. If that doesn't work, then safely remover the mouse receiver and got to your computer's settings and open up devices. In devises you should have a 2.4G mouse listed. If there is anything else under mouse, go ahead and remove it. Reboot your computer and then reinstall your USB mouse receiver. Make certain that you mouse is turned on so your computer will recognize it.
