Can this be used on top of an electric blanket

I don't think I would try it. Why not put under the blanket and feel the heat? I only have a sheet over mine. When I need heat I put it on top.

Is it washable in a normal washing machine

I wash mattress protectors in my washing machine, the same as any other bedding.

Does this fit an emma mattress

I don’t know the details of an Emma mattress, but mine is 11 inches deep & the mattress protector is a good fit . I hope this helps.
