I am so pleasantly surprised by how yummy this is. I made keto spaghetti and meatballs and almost forgot it was a keto meal. The flavor is very yummy and works as an amazing substitute for pasta. The taste is kind of like a mild version of marinated artichoke hearts. It keeps its shape when heated through and doesn’t add excess moisture to a dish unlike when I use zucchini noodles. It looked a little mushy coming out of the package but it cooked well with a has a good texture. Kinda pricey per package, but worth it for the amount of meal options it gives me now.

These are the best tasting hearts of palm products I have found. It is my number one choice I'm looking for an alternative to real pasta or rice. At times I cannot find them locally so this vendors ability to keep the products in stock at a good price will make me a loyal customer.

I really love these in cold Asian style noodle salads. They're awesome that way. In hot pasta sauce, the texture is a little weird, but the flavor is still good. No odd smell like some other low carb pastas. Will definitely keep reordering.

Pricey for a vege but, I will eat this for the rest of my Life! Sure it tastes like hearts of palm but they have a mild flavor anyway that you can totally enjoy with Butter, tomatoe sauce or cheese or by itself. The texture is better than real pasta and so guilt diet free that I can eat every darn day. Love the fact they don't add anything else. No lectins, no soy, or oils that can cause inflammation. This looks, tastes, and feels nothing like pasta at all. I’ll stick with knojac noodles as a pasta substitute. This is nothing more than a mush of shredded hearts of palm. No sauce or seasoning will lead you to believe anything else. It has a very strong vinegar taste on its own, that overpowers any sauce you will add. I typically like the taste of hearts of palm, but this stuff is vile and a wast of money.

For years I had been alternating between the low carb black soybean pasta and zuchini noodles whenever I had a craving for pasta. But I've developed a soy allergy and the results if I eat the soy pasta are a day of misery, so I decided to give this palm heart spaghetti a try. Smell is not good. Not gagging bad, but not pleasant. The taste when eaten plain is similar to the smell - not good but not terrible. The taste can be easily hidden with sauce. But the texture is too crunchy to pass for pasta. Will finish what I ordered but will not order again. Ordered palm rice at same time and while smell and taste are simliar to the palm pasta, the rice seems less crunchy and can better pass for rice when covered with a sauce or beans.

I have been using this product for the last several years and for me it is a great alternative to grain-based pasta. As a diabetic, starch carbohydrates are not my friend. However occasionally I crave a plate of my good homemade spaghetti sauce, pasta, and meatballs. As you can see from my images of the nutrition information there are very few carbs in the whole package (which for me is one serving). It is made of a very Nutritious vegetable (hearts of palm) which I find just as filling (or more filling) then grain based pastas. This pasta substitute is just as "filling" as grain-based pasta in my opinion. When I walk away from Spaghetti and Meatballs meal I want to feel "full" and this product does not disappoint. This product has great functionality because in addition to Spaghetti and meatballs I have substituted for other recipes calling for pasta and it worked well. Of course, because of its natural soft consistency its' cook time is reduced to only the time to heat it through. Based upon other pasta alternatives and because it comes in basically individual servings the value of the money is perfect for the individual or couple.
