I'm a size 12 , I managed by then end of day 1 to get it on the tightest setting

I would defo recommend going to a size small if your a size 12 the medium fits fine but if you want too tone and loose weight defo recommend the smaller size.

I brought this a while back and wanted to wait before writing a review.I brought the medium and when I got it I had to wear it on the lose notch and even then thought I might faint, but wore it in gradually and then when felt comfortable enough started exercising with it, (walking and house work)Wow what a difference, I have lost inches and within the week was on the tightest notch.I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who wants to lose a few inches round the waist and tummy.( light exercise and good diet also helped with my results)
