As long as it is a standard atx psu there is no reason for it not to fit.

Q: Will the fan light up without RGB motherboard?

The fan included would require a motherboard with an RGB header to be able to connect and power the RGB lighting.

Q: Is there a separate microphone and headphone jack? Or just a single one?

No, the front is solid. The only other places you would see light would come through are the top vents and the glass side.
