Sulfur is main active ingredient and bentonite clay is largest inactive. Although clay is great for the face.

Is this skin tone or clear ? Thanks !

It's a tint for fair skin. I really liked the results of the product, but had to stop using it because it is waaaayyyyy too light for my skin tone. I could not find an untinted version.

Does it works for acne breakouts?

Yes. For me it shortens the length of time that you are dealing with the breakout while it makes it less noticeable.

I have a few cystic pimples that are under the skin will this cream help

I also get those, but no I don't think that this product really cures them. It helps to dry them faster, but it comes back bigger. At least that is what happen to me. I have this one under my chin forever it seems and I have tried everything. This product helped with my acne. On most of the pimples around my jawline, then were gone the next day. But as for the one under my chin, its still there.
