I loved this hanger as my front door is close to stairs and is exceptionally tall and I'm average height, just a little taller than a hobbit!!! What I loved more is that when it arrived it was bended on one hanger but it was still very usable so I kept it. But I did report the issue, without expecting something, just to acknowledge it. What they did was partially refund me which I found incredibly professional.

Clothe kept falling down.

I purchased this over the door set of hangers after looking through many many others whose pegs were short or slightly hooked. My experience was that these too easily let the clothes slip from them and land on the floor. This set of hooks were deep and there were 5, allowing for capacity storage. It arrived in good time, within 2 days of ordering, and it was fully assembled. It fit over the door with the hangers clasping the door snugly so there is no sound of it jiggling when opening/closing the door. The only problem I have with it is that the hooks are close together, making it difficult to use all 5. Instead I use 3. I wish they had spaced them more so you could use them all. A very good choice though on my part and a good product.
