Overall serves the purpose
The bag looks good. It provides ample storage for your stuff. Haven't used it in rainy season yet. My only complaint is that the straps make squeaky noise while walking. The straps and overall support system could have been better. Also the chest strap should have been more stronger. People handling your bags in airport will not always handle it gently (people broke my chest strap).

Great product, matches the description. Sturdy and easy to carry. The back support is the best I've seen yet. Quality of the product is comparable to the most expensive products in this category. I would definitely recommend this product.
