Good relief for muscle aches and pains
These are great patches that adhere well to your skin to help soothe aches and pains. Please note they are suited for muscle aches not joint pain. I recently pulled a muscle while shoveling snow and they did the trick. They are easy to apply, adhere well to the skin and stay on during sleep. No smell or sticky residue. Two thumbs up!!

All-Day Pain Relief, excellent product.
I've had low back pain since elementary school. For several years it did not bother, but in my 50's it came back. I've been to more chiropractors and pt's than I can count over the years. I'm 75 now and need the pain relief every single day. I was so happy when I tried these patches -- my back does not hurt all day! On really bad days I skip the patch and take a pain pill But 25 days a month I wear a patch, and it is great. The pain and ache are subdued and I do not feel it unless I do something dumb like lifting something too heavy. Frankly I like the aroma, and it doesn't stay. It's for my lower back and I've learned to put it on myself with no wrinkles. It does not irritate my skin and washes off easily. I will say I purchased a box of the larger ones and found them very awkward to use, not as well prepared for use, so I stick with the smaller ones.

A good pain reliever.
The adhesive really works . I recommend shaving the area to be treated prior to attaching one , in order to not make loud/funny noises when removed . It has made a big difference in my shoulder pain level , especially for sleeping .

Not good for people who sweat
Works great and has a good burn. Makes my back pain bearable where I can move and get things done. However if you sweat a lot then the patch will keep peeling off. I was cleaning and started to sweat and the patch kept peeling off. Other than that it’s easy to put on by yourself too

Works wonders
Used these for years. If you have pain that you can Localize, like in your knee or shoulder, these really work great. I use them mostly at night as they do have a very strong medicinal smell.
